In-Clinic Terms & Conditions

Please arrive for your appointment at the confirmed time. If you are unfortunately delayed by more than five minutes, please call the clinic on +44 7946 676116 as soon as possible. Your allocated appointment time may be reduced to accommodate other clients’ confirmed appointment times. The full cost of the appointment will remain payable, irrespective of any reduced treatment time.
Any delays of more than 20 minutes will be regarded as a ‘No Show’, and the No show cancelllation policy applies.
The Beauty Divine Clinic reserves all rights and operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy which will remain applicable at all times. 100% of all appointments not attended, missed, forgotten, or cancelled inside the 24-hour cancellation window are recorded as ‘no shows’, and the full appointment cost will remain payable immediately by accepted means. Failure to honour a payment may result in any or all future appointments being cancelled at the sole discretion of The Beauty Divine Clinic.

All treatments provided to minors under 16 years of age must have a parent or guardian present at their appointment at all times and also written parental consent.

The Beauty Divine Clinic reserves the right to end relations with clients at any time and without notice.

The Beauty Divine Clinic’s ethic is to provide a complete skin service, which includes skincare, supplements, clean makeup and treatment. Clients wishing to purchase products from other sources will be limited to the strength of in-clinic professional treatment products due to the uncertainty and quality of skincare that The Beauty Divine Clinic has not provided.

The Beauty Divine Clinic reserves the right to cancel any online or in-clinic appointment bookings that are moved by a client more than three times. This will result in a fifty per cent non-refundable booking fee being taken in lieu of subsequent appointments made online or in the clinic.

By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree that it is their responsibility to promptly inform us of any changes in their health conditions and medications. We rely on accurate and up-to-date information to provide the best possible service. Failure to communicate changes may impact the effectiveness and safety of our services.

The Beauty Divine Clinic will not be held responsible or liable for any personal items that are lost or missing post-treatment. Please remove all jewellery before attending your appointment where possible. The Beauty Divine Clinic will not be held responsible or liable for damage of property or theft from vehicles whilst on the premises or parked on the road.
